Q: Do I have to pay any customs duties?
A: We are based in the EU, therefore orders within the EU are FREE of customs charges! For orders outside of the EU you might have to pay customs charges depending on your location.
Q: I haven’t received my order what do I do?
A: Some of the parcels might take longer to be delivered. Unfortunately, the shipping times are out of our control. We always to try dispatch all orders on time using the fastest tracked option free of charge. International orders may experience delays due to customs processing (in some rare cases up to 6-8+ weeks).
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or the actions of authorities in the destination country.
