Refund policy

Non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items, reworked/ upcycled items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 

Due to the nature of the provided products, we do not accept any returns and all sales are final. 

Cancellations

If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP. If the order has been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it.

Refunds 
If we haven't shipped your item yet and you want to cancel it, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
